What happens when you submit this form
A submitted opt-out writes a suppression flag against the email address and telephone number in the HighLevel CRM, removes the record from every outbound campaign audience, disables first-party measurement for that browser through the atc_optout cookie, and sends a confirmation to the address given. The office manager reviews the suppression list weekly and is responsible for confirming the CRM flag was applied.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site detects it on the first request and treats you as opted out without any interaction at all. The consent banner does not appear, every optional cookie category stays off, and the decision is recorded against your browser. You do not need to submit this form as well, though nothing stops you.
Sensitive personal information
