Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and the supply of tree care services by All Tree Service, Inc.. By using the site or booking work you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Intellectual property ownership
All content on this website — the text, the photographs, the arborist reports, the page structure, the design, the logo and the trade marks — is owned by All Tree Service, Inc.. All Tree Service, Inc. owns the content, the trademarks and the materials published here, and nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or use the content to train a commercial model without written permission from All Tree Service, Inc..
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the total aggregate liability of All Tree Service, Inc. arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or any service supplied, is capped at the total amount you paid All Tree Service for the work giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose. Where no payment has been made, that cap is one hundred dollars.
All Tree Service, Inc. excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive and consequential damages, and for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data and loss of goodwill, whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort, under statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that California law does not permit to be limited.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the courts of Sonoma County, California for anything not resolved under the clause below.
Dispute resolution
Binding individual arbitration administered under California law, seated in Sonoma County, California, with a small-claims carve-out. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to work performed will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under California law and seated in Sonoma County, California, rather than in court, and each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court where the claim qualifies.
Acceptable use of this website
The following activities are prohibited on this site:
- Submitting a booking, estimate request or enquiry that is false, or on behalf of somebody who has not asked you to.
- Submitting another person’s telephone number or email address for text or email consent.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its APIs, its infrastructure or its data.
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the site without written permission.
- Interfering with the site’s operation, including by automated request volumes that degrade it for others.
- Scraping the site to build a competing directory, or to train a commercial model, without written permission.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, or any code intended to damage or intercept.
- Impersonating All Tree Service, its staff, or any other person.
- Using the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Tree Service, Inc., its officers, employees and subcontractors against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third party right.
Termination
All Tree Service, Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes these terms have been breached. You may stop using the site at any time. Termination does not affect any accrued right or obligation, and the clauses on intellectual property, liability, indemnification and dispute resolution survive it.

This site links to third-party websites, including the Contractors State License Board register, CAL FIRE, the Tree Care Industry Association, the U.S. Census Bureau and city planning departments. Those links are provided as sources for the claims made here. All Tree Service, Inc. does not control them, does not endorse their content, and accepts no responsibility for their availability, their accuracy or their own privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Modification of these terms
All Tree Service, Inc. may modify these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page with a new review date. Changes take effect when they are published. Continuing to use the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms, and material changes affecting an active booking will be notified directly.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The severed provision is replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its original intent.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written scope of work signed for a particular job, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Tree Service, Inc. in relation to this website and the services described on it. They supersede every prior understanding, representation and agreement, whether written or oral, on the same subject matter.
