We do not collect sensitive personal information as the CCPA defines it. We do not collect government identifiers, precise geolocation within 1,850 feet, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, or the contents of your mail, email or messages. Because we collect none, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not arise, and no “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link is shown.
Your rights under the CCPA
Right to know and right to access
You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purpose of collection, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to. To make a request, contact us using the method in the section below. We will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold, and respond within 45 days.
Right to deletion
You may request that we delete or erase the personal information we hold about you. We will do so unless we are required to retain it, for example to complete a job you have booked or to keep the accounting record California law requires. Where an exception applies we will tell you which one and delete everything else.
Right to correction
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information. Tell us what is wrong and what it should say, and we will correct our records and instruct our processor to do the same. Rectification requests are handled through the same contact method as access requests.
Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may still exercise the opt-out, and we will record and honour it. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form to submit an opt-out. The form routes to the mechanism that performs it, not back to this page.
How to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request
Open the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page and submit the form with the email address or telephone number you gave us. A submitted opt-out writes a suppression flag against the email address and telephone number in the HighLevel CRM, removes the record from every outbound campaign audience, disables first-party measurement for that browser through the atc_optout cookie, and sends a confirmation to the address given. The office manager reviews the suppression list weekly and is responsible for confirming the CRM flag was applied. No account and no login is required. You may also send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we detect and honour automatically without any interaction.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, impose a penalty, or provide a different level or quality of service because you made a request. Exercising a privacy right will not change the price you are quoted for tree work.
Authorized agents
A consumer may designate an authorized agent by sending written, signed permission to privacy@alltreeservicesr.com. We will ask the agent for a copy of that permission and will ask the consumer to verify their own identity directly before acting.
Financial incentives
We offer no financial incentive programme. We run no loyalty scheme, no discount in exchange for a review, no referral bonus, and no price that differs according to whether you provide personal information.
